Fence Watch
Real-time monitoring and control of shock fence divisions from a web command centre and mobile app — status, voltage, alerts, and remote energizer control.

Overview
Fence Watch (FVMS) — Fence Voltage Monitoring System is Nature Fence's real-time monitoring platform for shock fencing installations. It keeps an eye on solar-powered energizers and fence divisions across large, remote perimeters — showing live voltage, battery and solar status, raising alerts when something needs attention, and allowing authorized users to respond from a desk or a phone. FVMS is delivered as two complementary interfaces: a full web command centre for office operations, analytics and management, and a mobile app for field teams who need live status and control on the go.
Fence Watch via Website
The web command centre is the full desktop platform behind Fence Watch. Where the phone app is built for the field, the website is built for the office — the same live fence data, plus deep analytics, reporting, geographic mapping, and full management of offices, devices, users and integrations. Forest offices (or estate operators) sign in with role-based accounts and see only the fences they manage. A sign-in preview can already show fences within a live radius before login.

Website — Live Monitoring
- Dashboard with Working, Attention, Faulty, Network and Off status counts at a glance
- Live device map with fence locations, coverage and a running notifications feed
- Searchable, filterable fence list with status, last update time and current voltage
- Unit detail views with health gauge, fence/solar voltage, current, battery, network and charging
- Geographic map of energizers with approximate fence coverage and voltage/solar trends

Website — Analytics & Reports
- Fault-type breakdowns, worst-affected fences and weekly fault trends
- Voltage distribution, 24-hour stability trends and per-fence averages
- Alerts summarised by day, severity (Critical / Warning / Info / Resolved) and region
- Predictive maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, uptime) and high-risk fence lists
- Office and seasonal performance comparisons (e.g. monsoon vs summer)
- Ready-made reports (fence status, alerts, energy, voltage, full device data) exportable to Excel or CSV

Website — Management & Access
- Office hierarchy management (Circle → Division → Sub Division → Range → Section)
- Device registry with unique identifiers, assigned offices, live status, voltage and battery
- Role-based user access so each officer sees only their authorised data
- Third-party vendor integrations with secure API keys and usage tracking
- Searchable alert history of status changes with date filters and read/unread controls

Why Teams Use Fence Watch
Web command centre
- Whole-network view of fences, offices and alerts
- Deep analytics on faults, voltage, uptime and predictive risk
- Geographic map and live radius awareness
- Role-based access for each office and officer

Fence Watch via Mobile App
The Fence Watch mobile app is designed for watching and controlling shock fences in real time from anywhere on one phone. Each fence has a solar-powered energizer that sends a safe high-voltage pulse along the wire. The app shows how every fence and energizer is doing — voltage, battery and solar, updated live — and lets operators act in seconds with remote on/off control and instant alerts. It is especially useful where fences run for kilometres across forests and farms and checking every line on foot would take days.

Mobile App — Features
- Secure login per office and officer, with optional stay-signed-in
- Home dashboard with live health counts and quick tiles for Fence, Energizers, Solar and Battery
- Consistent colour signals: Working, Needs attention, Alarm/Faulty, and Switched off
- Hierarchy filters (Circle → Division → Sub Division → Range → Section) for multi-site estates and forest departments
- Fence list with status icon, live voltage and last-updated time, plus search and status filters
- Unit detail screen with fence voltage dial, battery, solar voltage/current, network, charging and fence current
- Remote energizer on/off with a confirmation step to prevent accidental switching
- Fault detection that marks low or cut fences as Faulty with a clear unit and location
- Real-time alerts when a unit starts working, needs attention, or changes status

Why Teams Use Fence Watch
Mobile app
- Check every fence in seconds instead of field trips
- Catch faults early and cut costly downtime
- Protect crops, people and wildlife with continuous awareness
- 24×7 monitoring even overnight
- Manage many locations from one screen
- Switch energizers on or off and respond in a tap
